Floral Waters, or Hydrosols, are made by distilling the whole plant or during the distillation process of extraction of Essential Oil from the plant. Hydrosol contains a small amount of chemical compound of the essential oil such as alcohols, weak acids and tannins. They have the same healing properties as essential oil but not as concentrated. They are used as facial toner/cleanser, perfumer, room freshener, or as a cleaning agent.
