Application - Safflower is considered a great skin hydrator and it is often used in massage product because it oxidize easily. It has the hightest polyunsaturated/saturated ratios of any oil and high levels of linoleic or oleic acid. Very light and clear absorbs very quickly. Good for inflammed joint and eczema and rough skin.
